Updated rules which will be enforced on our servers starting today, 04/24/2025.

1. No Exploits, No Cheats, No Excuses

If you’re using a hacked client, duping items, abusing glitches, or pulling anything that gives you an unfair edge – you’re gone. No warnings. You know what cheating is. Don’t play dumb.

2. Respect the Player, Respect the Build

We aren’t running anarchy servers. Griefing, looting, or wrecking someone’s work is weak behavior. PvP is fine, but harassment isn’t. If it’s not your fight — stay out. If it’s not your build — don’t touch it. We’re here for long-term progression, and respecting other player’s time spent on our servers is paramount.

3. No Lag Machines, No Server Kill Switches

If you're building redstone contraptions, mob grinders, complex factories, or automated farms, that's fine — until it starts tanking server performance. It’s pretty obvious when TPS drops due to chunks you’ve loaded in – if you are causing this issue you must be proactive and fix it immediately on your own volition.

Staff reserve the right to tell you to reduce the size of your redstone mazes, giga-factories, or anything else that is resource intensive. This is especially critical on our Tekkit SMP/Classic servers, where improper factory configuration can absolutely nuke server performance. Should you not proactively remediate TPS issues related to your build, there is a zero tolerance policy and your build will be wiped and your account will be banned, even without prior warning.

We want a space where you can create exciting technical builds, not ticking hardware time bombs. You’re smart? Cool. Be smart without dragging the whole server into a free-fall. We don’t do pay-to-win and we have the best hardware around – so respect the work and investment of the Admin team as well as the right of your fellow players to have a smooth, lag-free experience.

4. Don’t Be a Clown — Know the Line

We’re not here to censor jokes or sanitize speech. Be edgy, be real, be funny — just don’t be the guy who kills the vibe. We don’t need specific rules for what is and isn’t acceptable speech, because an obvious line exists between having fun and being intentionally offensive. Cross it, and you’re out. Freedom requires maturity.

5. Don't Ruin the Natural World

Gathering resources and intentionally making the natural "shared world" ugly are two different things. Don't be a reason that players feel that the world itself has been griefed.

6. Use Common Sense or Lose Access

If you’re looking for loopholes in the rules, you’ve already missed the point. We’re not gonna write a 500-page lawyer doc. Act in bad faith? You’ll get dealt with accordingly. Don’t test it.

7. All Appeals & Tickets Go Through Discord

Banned? Bugged out? Lost your gear? Take it to Discord and open a ticket. We don’t resolve anything in-game or in random DMs. Open a proper ticket or don’t expect a response.

The Golden Rule

Add to the world, or get out of the way. We’re building a legacy server — something rare, lasting, and worth your time. If you’re not about that, this isn’t the server for you and that’s ok. But if you’re looking for a place with permanence, we’re probably your spot.
